After struggling for years with my weight, I decided that the best way to motivate myself was to share my journey with others. This means brutal honesty, folks, and you'll probably learn more about me than you ever needed to know. :D My story is not any different than all the other people out struggling with the same thing, but I'm going to show myself, and you, that this is possible. And I'm gonna document every moment to prove it.

DAY NINE: July 24, 2010

Weigh In: 237 lbs

Food Intake:
  • Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal with almond milk and honey (300 calories)
  • Hot dog with onions, pickles and mustard (300 calories)
  • Purple Grapes (100 calories)
  • Tuna Sandwich on whole grain bread with Veggie Straws (540 calories)


  1. Almond milk, honey and kashi cereal? How was that? Also, Tuna + veggie straws = <3333

  2. It was alright. My sister suggested it to me, but I didn't like it near as well as I liked the Almond Milk with the Honey Bunches of Oats. I really am enjoying Almond Milk though. And the tuna was the perfect thing for a hot night like tonight was.
